Even though these were a few weeks ago, Morgan got to experience snow for the first time. At the end of January we had a pretty big snow fall (for Eugene) - about 4 inches. School was canceled and Morgan got to feel snow flakes falling - although they probably just felt like cold drool to her. We ventured out for a walk as a family and Morgan loved checking out the world from her front carrier. About two weeks ago we spent a weekend in Sunriver with friends. It was typical sunny Central Oregon weather (hooray!) but there was a lot of snow on the ground. Cold and slippery but gorgeous nonetheless. But we are already feeling signs of spring here and I am looking forward to cold winter days being behind us now!
